Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking, the booking fee is only refundable (minus £25.00 administration fee) if we manage to re-sell your place and you notify us no less than 7 days prior to the event. No shows on the day of the event are not refundable.

Driver and Passenger Requirements

Drivers must have a U.K. driving license. All occupants in the car must wear crash helmets and arms and legs must be covered. Passengers are allowed as long as they are wearing a helmet with arms and legs covered. Passengers must sign-on and a £50.00 fee is applied per passenger to cover the insurance. Any participant under the age of 18 that will require a parent or guardian to sign on their behalf.

Vehicle Requirements

Cars must be fitted with roll cage, bucket seats, harnesses, charged fire extinguishers or fire stick, tow rope and spill kit. All cars will be noise tested and must be under 100db per MSUK guidelines.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Test Days and Events

GwynneSpeed Ltd. holds a specialist Motorsport Public Liability Insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London in respect to your participation in events and test days. It is a terms of insurance that all rules are followed precisely.

Gwynnespeed shall provide no driver training. Drivers briefing is purely a safety requirement and constitutes no training element.

Non-attendance on specified event date without prior written agreement will result in the entire entry fee to be forfeited.

GwynneSpeed accepts no liability with regards to ensure that the vehicles being used are suitable for the terrain. All vehicles will be safety checked and noise checked by a GwynneSpeed official prior to participation. Failure of either check will result in non-participation and there will be no refund whatsoever. GwynneSpeed reserves the right to safety/noise check any vehicle throughout the event.

GwynneSpeed reserves the right to postpone the event at their sole discretion. In the event of any postponement, an alternative date will be offered to you. We will give as much notice as possible for any postponements. GwynneSpeed will not be responsible for any costs you incur as a result of a postponed event.

Alcohol and/or drugs are strictly forbidden from all GwynneSpeed events. GwynneSpeed reserves the right to prevent participation in events if they have reasonable grounds to consider that the participant is unfit to drive for reasons of health or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. There will be no refund whatsoever if this condition is applied.
